Why intake comes first

The right next step depends on what you are ready for.

Not every artist needs the same service, membership level or opportunity pathway. Intake gives ATL ART SEEN a clearer picture before directing you toward a next step.

01 · UNDERSTAND

Tell us about your work

Share your discipline, experience, goals, travel range, professional materials and preferred opportunity types.

02 · IDENTIFY

Determine your current pathway

Your next step may involve public resources, readiness work, Artist Out The Box, artist services or another suitable pathway.

03 · PREPARE

Build toward opportunity

Strong profiles, materials, communication and follow-through help opportunity providers understand what you offer.

Before you begin

Gather the information that helps represent you clearly.

Basic artist information

  • Your preferred name and contact information
  • Your primary art form or creative offering
  • Your current city or service area
  • Your preferred travel radius
  • Your social-media or website links

Professional materials

  • A concise artist biography
  • Your EPK, if you currently have one
  • A performance video, when applicable
  • Your typical performance format and duration
  • The types of bookings or opportunities you want
You may still complete intake without having everything. Answer honestly about what is ready and what is still in progress. Intake is designed to help identify your current stage—not to require perfection before you begin.

Artist Intake questions

Know what intake does—and what it does not do.

Do I have to purchase membership before submitting intake?

No. Artist Intake comes before the membership decision. Intake helps identify which pathway may fit your current stage and needs.

Can I submit intake if I do not have an EPK?

Yes. Answer honestly that you do not currently have one. Missing materials may become part of your readiness pathway rather than preventing you from beginning intake.

Does submitting intake guarantee paid opportunities?

No. Intake does not guarantee bookings, income, grants, placements or acceptance. It gives ATL ART SEEN information needed to understand your current path.

Which types of artists can submit?

Musicians, comedians, poets and spoken-word artists, visual artists, DJs, producers, healers and approved multidisciplinary artists may submit the current form.

What should I do if the form does not load?

Use the “Open Form in New Window” button above the embedded form. It opens the same official ATL ART SEEN Jotform in a separate browser window.

Can I update my information later?

Submit the most accurate information available now. When your materials, contact information or availability change, follow the update process provided by ATL ART SEEN.
