✔ Virtual sessions take place online via Zoom.
✔ In-Person – Partner Location sessions are held at one of our approved partner spaces.
✔ In-Home sessions take place at your location.

If booking an In-Home session and your address is more than 10 miles from our instructor’s base area, a Travel Distance Add-On will be required. Our team will confirm this after booking.
