Before you purchase

Important pricing and scope rules

  • Starting prices are not unlimited-feature packages. Your approved proposal identifies exactly what is included.
  • Advanced systems require intake and scope approval. A Shopify payment does not replace a signed service agreement.
  • Third-party costs are usually separate. Domains, hosting, paid applications, transaction fees, email tools, messaging services, and advertising remain separate unless included in writing.
  • New features require a change order. Work outside the approved scope may change the investment and timeline.
  • “App” generally means a mobile-responsive web application. Native Apple App Store or Google Play development must be specifically included in the agreement.
  • Final payment is required before launch. Exact payment milestones are stated in the approved proposal and agreement.
