Not necessarily. Displayed prices are starting investments unless a signed written agreement states otherwise. Final pricing depends on the approved scope, features, pages, workflows, integrations, content, revisions and timeline.
When does work begin?
Work begins after the required payment has been received, intake information is complete and the written scope or service agreement has been approved.
Can I request specific features?
Yes. Feature requests are reviewed during intake and scoping. Requested functionality is not included unless it appears in the approved written scope.
Are third-party fees included?
Domains, hosting, premium applications, software subscriptions, payment-processing charges, advertising and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Are custom-service purchases refundable?
Custom work, planning, strategy, demonstrations, rush work and completed digital services are generally non-refundable after work begins unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
Important purchase and scope notice
By purchasing, the client acknowledges that the selected package is a custom service starting package. Final scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions, payment schedule, financing terms and ownership rights must be confirmed in writing by ATL ART SEEN before work begins.
ATL ART SEEN retains ownership of its internal frameworks, reusable templates, prompts, strategies, workflows, educational materials, methods and proprietary processes unless expressly transferred through a signed written agreement. Approved client-facing deliverables may be used by the client after all applicable payment obligations are complete.
