A custom booking and scheduling system designed to make it easier for customers to choose services, schedule appointments, make payments and stay connected.
Make it easier for customers to book your services while giving your business a clearer way to manage appointments, availability, customer information, reminders, deposits and follow-up.
The Booking and Scheduling System is designed around how your business actually operates. Depending on the selected package and approved scope, your system may include live scheduling, appointment requests, staff selection, customer accounts, memberships, packages, gift cards, waitlists, dashboards and multi-location management.
Each system is custom configured according to the approved services, staff, availability, policies, payment requirements and customer journey.
Third-party scheduling software, payment-processing fees, messaging charges, subscriptions and platform costs are paid separately by the client unless expressly included in writing.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
1. Select the appropriate booking package
Choose Essential Booking System, Advanced Booking + Customer Management or Multi-Staff or Multi-Location System.
2. Complete booking-system discovery
Provide information about your services, staff, availability, policies, payments, locations, customer intake and existing systems.
3. Approve the booking structure
And She Builds will map the approved services, scheduling rules, booking pathways, policies, staff access and customer communications.
4. Receive final scope approval
The final proposal or service agreement will confirm the exact functions, integrations, dashboards, responsibilities, exclusions, timeline and payment schedule.
5. Submit the required payment
Development begins only after the agreement is signed, the required payment has cleared and all required onboarding materials have been received.
6. Configure, connect and test
The approved booking system, availability, payments, forms, notifications and customer workflows are configured and tested.
7. Approve and launch
The remaining balance must be paid before final launch, transfer, publication or release of production credentials unless the written agreement states otherwise.
IMPORTANT PURCHASE AND SERVICE TERMS
Purchasing this product does not create an unlimited or open-ended software-development obligation.
The final project scope is controlled by the signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement. Product-page descriptions provide a general package overview but do not replace the final written agreement.
The client is responsible for:
● Providing accurate service, pricing and scheduling information
● Providing staff availability and business-hour information
● Providing current policies and intake questions
● Providing administrator access and required credentials
● Reviewing and approving booking rules before launch
● Paying third-party software, platform, payment-processing, messaging and subscription fees unless otherwise stated
● Confirming that customer information is collected and used lawfully
● Reviewing and approving all customer-facing policies, forms and notifications
Project timelines may be adjusted when access credentials, policies, client materials, approvals or payments are delayed.
Revision rounds cover reasonable revisions to the approved direction. A revision round does not include a new business model, new booking structure, additional locations, additional complex workflows or newly requested functionality.
Additional work requires written approval and may require additional payment.
Deposits and completed milestone payments reserve development capacity and compensate work already scheduled or completed. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
Post-launch correction periods cover approved functionality that does not operate as documented at launch. They do not include new features, new integrations, policy changes, customer-data corrections, client-created errors or third-party platform changes.
And She Builds is not responsible for:
● Customer no-shows
● Incorrect information entered by customers
● Payment disputes or chargebacks
● Third-party scheduling outages
● Payment-processor outages
● Email or text-message delivery failures
● Calendar-sync limitations
● Platform restrictions
● Changes made by the client or another provider
● Delays caused by incomplete client information
Results are not guaranteed. And She Builds does not guarantee a specific number of bookings, customers, memberships, deposits, sales or revenue.
