HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
1. Select your preferred upgrade level
Choose Website Refresh, Website + Customer Flow Upgrade or Full Website-to-Growth-System Upgrade.


2. Submit your website information
Provide the website address, platform, account access, current problems and desired improvements.


3. Complete the website inspection
And She Builds will review the website platform, ownership, access, code, applications, integrations and upgrade feasibility.


4. Approve the final scope
The final project agreement will identify the approved pages, functions, workflows, integrations, responsibilities, exclusions and timeline.


5. Submit the required payment
Development begins after the signed agreement, required payment and required client materials have been received.


6. Design, test and review
The approved pages and workflows are redesigned and tested. The client provides consolidated feedback during the scheduled revision periods.


7. Approve and launch
Final payment must clear before the upgraded website, system, credentials or production changes are released unless otherwise stated in writing.

IMPORTANT SERVICE TERMS
Purchasing this product does not guarantee that every existing website can be repaired, redesigned or upgraded.


The final project scope is controlled by the signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement. This product description provides a general package overview but does not replace the final written agreement.


Revision rounds include reasonable changes to the approved design and scope. Revision rounds do not include a complete redesign, newly requested pages, new workflows, new business models or functionality outside the approved agreement.


The client is responsible for providing accurate access credentials, content, brand assets, legal permissions, policies and approvals.


Third-party platform fees, hosting, domains, paid themes, applications, plugins, software subscriptions, transaction charges, licenses and external services are paid separately by the client unless expressly included in writing.


And She Builds is not responsible for:
● Problems caused by outdated or unsupported third-party software
● Platform restrictions
● Previous developer errors
● Malware or security problems that existed before the project
● Missing ownership or administrator access
● Deleted or damaged data
● Third-party outages
● Changes made by the client or another provider
● Search-engine ranking changes
● Revenue or sales performance
● Delays caused by missing client information


Post-launch correction periods cover approved functionality that does not operate as documented at launch. They do not include new features, new design requests, content revisions, third-party platform changes or problems caused after launch by the client or another provider.
Results are not guaranteed. And She Builds does not guarantee a specific amount of traffic, sales, bookings, inquiries, revenue, customer growth or search ranking.
