The Full 150% Build is a custom-scoped professional service. Features are not unlimited. The final proposal and agreement must identify exactly what is included, what is excluded, what the client must provide and which functions may be completed during a future phase.

Please contact And She Builds before purchasing if you are unsure which package applies to your business. Purchasing a package does not automatically approve requested features outside that package. Final deliverables are confirmed through the signed project agreement.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
1. Select the appropriate package
Choose Starter, Growth or Full 150% Build based on the level of support and system functionality your business needs.
2. Complete discovery and scope review
You will provide information about your business, services, customers, current systems, goals, required integrations and preferred launch timeline.
3. Receive final scope approval
Your proposal or service agreement will confirm the exact deliverables, payment schedule, timeline, revision allowance, responsibilities, exclusions and third-party costs.
4. Submit the required deposit
Development begins only after the agreement is signed, the required payment has cleared and all required onboarding materials have been received.
5. Design, build and review
The approved system is designed and developed in structured stages. Feedback must be submitted during the designated review periods.
6. Approve and launch
The remaining balance must be paid before final launch, transfer, publication or release of production credentials unless the written agreement states otherwise.
IMPORTANT PURCHASE AND SERVICE TERMS
Purchasing this product does not create an unlimited or open-ended development obligation.
The final project scope is controlled by the signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement. Product-page descriptions provide a general package overview but do not replace the final written agreement.
The client is responsible for:

Supplying accurate business information

Providing logos, brand assets, photos, text, policies and access credentials by the requested deadlines

Reviewing work and submitting consolidated feedback on time

Paying third-party software, platform, domain, hosting, transaction, licensing and subscription charges unless otherwise stated

Confirming that supplied content, trademarks, images and materials may legally be used

Reviewing and approving all final content, pricing, policies, forms and workflows before launch
Project timelines may be adjusted when client materials, approvals, access credentials or payments are delayed.
Revision rounds cover reasonable revisions to the approved direction. A revision round does not include a complete redesign, a new business model, a major scope change or newly requested functionality. Additional work requires written approval and may require additional payment.
Deposits and completed milestone payments reserve development capacity and compensate work already scheduled or completed. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
Post-launch correction periods cover corrections to approved functionality that does not operate as documented at launch. They do not include new features, new integrations, content changes, client-created errors, third-party platform changes or work outside the approved scope.
Results are not guaranteed. And She Builds does not guarantee a specific amount of revenue, customer growth, search ranking, approval, funding, bookings, sales or business performance.
Native iOS and Android applications, advanced artificial-intelligence systems, custom enterprise infrastructure, extensive data migration, complex marketplace systems and other high-complexity functions are not included unless expressly approved in writing.
