MAINTENANCE RULES

  • Unused hours do not roll over.
  • New systems and major features are quoted separately.
  • Third-party fees are not included.
  • Emergency or after-hours support is not automatically included.
  • Maintenance does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of external platforms.
  • Work beyond included hours requires written approval.
  • Cancellation must occur before the next billing date.
  • Any minimum initial term must be stated in the subscription agreement.
  • Included time covers approved minor updates and support, not unlimited redesign or development.
  • Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times.
  • Client-caused issues and third-party outages may require additional paid work.

Can I request specific features?

Yes. Feature requests are reviewed during intake and scoping. Requested functionality is not included unless it appears in the approved written scope.

Are third-party fees included?

Domains, hosting, premium applications, software subscriptions, payment-processing charges, advertising and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Are custom-service purchases refundable?

Custom work, planning, strategy, demonstrations, rush work and completed digital services are generally non-refundable after work begins unless a signed written agreement states otherwise.
